// how i think about it
Most sites fail not because they look bad, but because nobody finds them and nobody knows what to do once they arrive. I build all four pieces.
Technical SEO written into the code, plus local SEO by city and service. Your business shows up when someone searches for what you sell — not just for your name.
A clear message in the first three seconds: what you do, who it's for, and why you. No generic templates, no filler.
Forms, WhatsApp and booking all connected. Every visit has one obvious next step with zero friction.
Google Analytics 4 and Search Console set up from day one. You know where every customer came from and what's actually working.
// what i do
Four services that build on each other. Start with one and add the rest when the business asks for it.
Fast sites, coded from scratch, built to convert.
No heavy templates, no page builders dragging dead code around. I code every site with Astro and Tailwind so it loads in under two seconds, looks sharp on any screen and is ready to rank from day one.
Get found, get understood, get preferred by Google.
SEO written into the code, not bolted on afterwards. URL architecture, structured data, speed, indexing, intent-driven content and real tracking in Search Console.
Show up on the map when they search your service in your city.
An optimized Google Business Profile, city and service pages, reviews, citations and a consistent presence. For local businesses, the Google map usually brings in more customers than any ad.
Stop running the business out of your own memory.
Forms that land in a CRM, automatic follow-ups, internal dashboards, quote calculators and integrations. Everything you do by hand today that quietly eats hours every week.
// real work
Three real cases, with their sites live so you can open them and check for yourself. No dressed-up screenshots, no decorative metrics.
From government-only contracts to a digital portfolio that opens private doors
Before
A solid construction firm with delivered projects and real technical capacity, but zero digital presence. All their work came from government bids. When a private client looked them up, they found nothing: no portfolio, no company data, no visible track record. And every proposal went out from a generic email address, which quietly undercut their credibility.
What I built
Result
Today the firm has a portfolio it can show in any meeting and a coherent corporate identity end to end: its own domain, professional email and permanent technical support. They no longer depend on a single client channel.

100%
email on their own domain
They sorted out our professional email, some automations and the technical support. Everything runs without us having to keep an eye on it, and when something comes up they respond fast. One less weight on our shoulders.
From 20 visits a month to over 1,000, with online booking and a chatbot that answers on its own
Before
They had a website, and that was exactly the problem: an outdated site that worked neither visually nor technically. It didn't convey the quality of their work, it didn't load well and it pulled in no traffic. It sat at around 20 visits a month, essentially invisible in search.
What I built
Result
The site went from 20 to between 800 and 1,100 visits a month, with a conversion rate of roughly 10%. Quote requests started arriving on their own, without chasing every client.

The site looks professional and that changed how clients see us. We started getting quote requests without having to chase every single person. Very happy with the result.
From one or two patients a month to an average of 1,400 monthly visits and automatic booking
Before
A nutritionist with her own practice seeing one or two new patients a month. She gave little weight to her digital presence, so every potential patient arrived by message and she had to explain her service from scratch, over and over.
What I built
Result
The site reached an average of 1,400 visits a month and patients arrive already knowing how she works. The calendar fills itself and she got back the hours she spent explaining the same thing.

repeat explanations by message
I used to explain my service over and over by message. Now my site does it for me: patients arrive already knowing how I work and book on their own. It gave me back a huge amount of time.
// my own case
procodedev.com is the ProCode Systems site: bilingual, with published pricing, structured data and full measurement. It's my case study, and you can audit it right now.
Audit procodedev.com// the difference
You hire ProCode Systems, and the person who diagnoses, codes, ranks and answers is me. No middlemen, no internal handoffs, and no judgment diluted across people who never spoke to you.
No chain of command, no crossed excuses. If something goes wrong, you know exactly who to call — and I'm the one who picks up.
I write the code and I understand the funnel. That's what prevents the classic beautiful site that sells nothing.
I cap my workload on purpose. I'd rather be paid for sustained results than for volume of deliverables.
Analytics and Search Console from launch. Decisions get made on data, not opinions.
I work in English and Spanish. I write the content for each market rather than running it through a translator.
Code, domain, hosting and logins in your name. You are never locked in to whoever built it.

// the company
ProCode Systems is the company I run projects through. Web development and digital marketing for businesses in the United States and Mexico, with published pricing and replies in under 24 hours.
This site is the person behind it. ProCode Systems is the operation.
// how we work
20 minutes, free. I review your site, your Google profile and your contact flow, and tell you what to fix first — whether or not you hire me.
You get it in writing: what's included, what it costs, how long it takes. Fixed price before anything starts.
Design, code and content. You see real progress, not mockups — you review the working site on a private link.
We publish, I connect Analytics and Search Console, and I teach you how to read the numbers. From there we keep measuring and improving.
// before you book
It depends on scope, but pricing is published on ProCode Systems: from $349 USD for web development and from $349 USD per month for digital marketing. On the Express Review I tell you exactly which range your project falls into — no surprise quote.
A landing page usually takes one to two weeks. A multi-page site with SEO, two to four. The exact timeline goes in writing in the proposal before we start.
No. I'm based in Durango, Mexico, and I work remotely with businesses across the United States and Mexico, in English and Spanish. Most projects run over video calls and WhatsApp.
Both: ProCode Systems is the company I execute through, and I'm the one doing the work. That means a real contract, invoicing and company backing — while you always talk to the person writing the code and reading your metrics. I take few projects a month precisely so I can keep it that way.
Technical SEO is: structure, speed, structured data, titles, indexing and measurement. Ongoing ranking work (content, local SEO, reviews and monthly reports) is a separate service because it takes continuous effort.
Yes. Domain, hosting, code and logins are yours from day one. You'll never depend on me to move or migrate your site.
Of course. The 20-minute Express Review is free and no-obligation. If you then want a deeper audit or consulting only, that can be booked separately.
