How I got here
I started on the hard side of technology: IT support, computer repair, camera and network installation. I learned something that still shapes how I work: systems break because of what nobody checks, not because of what looks nice.
From there I moved into freelance web development while studying Computer Systems Engineering at ITD. Every project confirmed the same thing: businesses don't need a page, they need that page to find them, explain them and connect them to whoever is going to pay them.
That idea became ProCode Systems. Not another agency selling templates, but the full system: site, ranking, lead capture and measurement, with one person accountable for making it work.
Today I balance my job with building ProCode, and I document the real process on my channel. No smoke, no invented metrics: what works, what doesn't, and why.
